Boston Heart Diagnostics is transforming the treatment of cardiovascular disease by providing healthcare providers and their patients with novel, personalized diagnostics and integrated customized lifestyle programs that have the power to change the way clinicians and patients communicate about disease and improve heart health. Boston Heart looks beyond the "good" and "bad" cholesterol assessment that conventional labs provide to give a more complete picture of heart health. What is cardiovascular disease?

Cardiovascular disease (CVD), also known as heart disease, refers to health conditions related to the heart or blood vessels. Such conditions, if not properly treated with medication and lifestyle changes, may lead to heart attack, stroke or other complications.

What is the Boston Heart Lifestyle Program?

The Boston Heart Lifestyle Program combines your personal laboratory test results and lifestyle preferences to create a personalized plan that empowers you to take charge of modifying or reversing your risk factors for heart disease. When you activate your Lifestyle Program registration, we will ask you a few questions about your health history, as well as foods and activities you enjoy. We will then combine this information with your lab test results to create your Life Plan, a plan of action tailored to your unique risk factors and preferences. You will then have the option to schedule sessions with a Boston Heart Coach of your choice. Our coaches are registered dietitians who will help you understand your Life Plan and build health goals. Through yourheartmatters.com, you will have access to valuable tools and information, like a food and exercise journal (from Lose It!), tips for healthy snacking, being active, managing stress and much more.
